The job – About the position

Who you are – Your qualifications

We are looking for experienced project managers who have a documented track record of large finance or technology projects involving capital acquisition or with a background in the banking and finance sectors. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or jurisprudence is a good educational background. You have excellent project management skills as well as experience and deep knowledge of project management models. Official project management certification is a strong asset. You have the capacity and interest in coordinating internal and external work. You communicate well in written and spoken English, which is our company language. Knowledge of German or Swedish is seen as an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional and multilateral external engagement strategies that include advocating for innovative and effective export control and other trade law approaches to achieving national security and foreign policy objectives.

Basic Qualifications

Responsibilities

In this role you will design, deliver, and implement Eqvion’s Executive Development strategy to drive effective senior leadership at (Executive Staff), including:

  • Supporting onboarding of new and newly promoted executive staff
  • Development plans – design, delivery, and follow through including action tracking
  • Incorporation of Executive Success Profile and assessments to support executive leader development and insight
  • Connection to succession planning efforts to ensure readiness for critical roles
  • Management of bespoke executive development programs, such as targeted coaching for potential SLT members

Lead Executive Community Connections, including:

  • Partnership with the office of the CEO to create development experiences in tandem with the Executive Staff meetings and future Executive Leadership summits
  • Support SLT Connections with CVPs
  • Partner with Global Learning and Development and OD/Culture teams to engage Executives on Microsoft Leadership Principles, Culture Briefings, Adaptive Leadership, and to develop new, relevant programs to future-proof executive leadership at Eqvion.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years’ experience in HR practices or Program/Project Management
    • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 10+ years’ experience in HR practices or Program/Project Management.
  • 6+ years’ experience managing large-scale or complex projects/programs.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years People Management experience, either direct or indirect through team leadership.
